Glass Frail

A glass frail is typically fitted to the side of a van, or similar large commercial vehicle and holds the pane of glass securely with sprung aluminium poles and rubber grips.

The glass frail we usually offer our customers may be fitted to either side of a vehicle and is fully detachable which can make loading the glass easier. Also being able to detach the glass frail helps prevent it being damaged if the vehicle requires servicing.

The external glass frail is a popular choice for people who want to move large panes of glass, however we also offer an internal racking system, which is essentially a scaled down glass frail to be fitted inside of a commercial vehicle and is an ideal solution for transporting smaller panes of glass.
